What if it turns out bigger than a standard fix?
You'll know before we touch anything. We diagnose first, and if it's genuinely beyond a standard fix, we send you a clear flat quote to approve — never a surprise invoice. That's exactly what the free diagnosis is for.
What if you can't fix it?
Then you don't pay. If we can't resolve your issue, you get a full refund. We also work backup-first, so your site is never left worse than we found it.
Do I have to give you my password?
Never in plain text. Add us as an admin user, or send credentials through our encrypted, one-time secure link that self-destructs after we read it. We'll always confirm the safest option with you first.
Do you work on any WordPress host?
